We invest tickets between €30,000 and €300,000 in pre-seed and seed rounds. We aim to be one of the first institutional investors on the cap table, typically alongside business angels and specialized funds.
Geography & sectors
Focused on Spain and Southern Europe, open to global opportunities with ties to the Spanish ecosystem. We are generalists with a preference for software, marketplaces, fintech, climate tech and B2B models with strong unit economics.
What we look for in a team
- Founders with deep problem knowledge and customer obsession.
- Proven execution capability and fast learning.
- Long-term vision and intellectual honesty.
- Product with early traction signs or strong qualitative validation.

Beyond capital, we provide a network in industry and finance, operational experience scaling businesses, and real availability to support the founding team at key moments: hiring, business development, follow-on rounds and strategic decisions.
What doesn't fit
We don't invest in purely speculative projects without business fundamentals, highly regulated models outside our circle of competence, or capital-intensive hardware.
